Butler Point Academy

Training with craftsmanship and vision

As our name suggests, we aim for a level of customer focus akin to that of a traditional butler or a top-notch hotel. Alongside expertise, this demands excellent social skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs before they're even voiced. We cultivate this in our very own Butler Point Academy.

Currently, Butler Point teams are active in the four major cities, and we continue to grow. As the demand for our services has clearly established itself and continues to rise, more cities will be added soon.

Working at / with us

You can work with us at three different levels

Butler Point is constantly developing. We're always on the lookout for people with initiative and a customer-focused attitude. Curious about where you might fit in? Let us give you a clearer picture by sharing a bit about our organisational structure, which consists of three layers.

Our core

Our organization consists of internal staff, such as project- and account managers, who form the core and maintain contact with clients, external colleagues, and suppliers.

Our first layer

The group surrounding our core consists of external staff at client locations, such as caretakers and service managers. They are trained at the Butler Point Academy.

Our network

Our second layer is our network of suppliers who provide various convenience services, ranging from cleaning to massage and from handyman tasks to bicycle repair.
