De Hooch in Amsterdam is a modern and luxurious apartment complex located in one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods. The building consists of 28 exclusive residences, varying in size and layout, and offers premium amenities for its residents. Designed with attention to detail and comfort, the apartments are spacious, light-filled, and finished to the highest standards. Service Package 25 Hours
After the completion of De Hooch in 2022, Butler Point began providing a 25-hour weekly service package. Within this package, our hostess is on-site Monday through Friday, for five hours each day, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. She supports both the residents and the homeowners' association (VVE) board, as well as the property manager, offering proactive assistance and additional help as needed. Outside of her regular hours, she also attends VVE meetings to assist with organizing, setting up and taking down, and providing refreshments.

Hostess
As the face and point of contact for De Hooch, our hostess is welcoming and sociable, and she manages the facilities both inside and around the building. De Hooch offers various amenities, such as a meeting room and a well-equipped pantry for residents. The hostess is responsible for managing bookings and appointments related to these facilities. In addition to greeting residents and visitors, she coordinates the reception of suppliers and oversees work, such as renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. She works closely with the property manager, keeping them continuously informed about relevant matters.
