New Orleans in Rotterdam is an impressive residential tower standing 158.35 meters tall, located along the Nieuwe Maas River. The building offers a total of 234 apartments, including 187 rental units and 47 for sale. What makes New Orleans special is its combination of luxurious living comfort and high-end amenities. Residents have access to an exclusive fitness center equipped with Technogym equipment, an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, and a sun terrace. The building also houses the multidisciplinary theater LantarenVenster on the lower levels, creating a unique blend of living and culture.
Tailored Service Package
The homeowners' association (VVE) of New Orleans, led by a volunteer board and supported by a property manager, asked Butler Point to propose a service package for doorman services. The main focus was to preserve the comfort, safety, and value of the building, ensuring its high-end appearance was maintained. In 2023, Butler Point implemented a custom service package of 49 hours per week. A dedicated team of doormen is now present Monday through Friday during the evening hours from 5:00 PM to midnight. This service package complements the daytime presence of the building's caretaker and enhances the overall service experience within the building.

Doorman
At New Orleans, our doorman ensures that unauthorized individuals do not gain access to the building or its facilities. He closely monitors the security cameras, conducts regular patrols, and performs small tasks such as breaking down cardboard in the trash area. The doorman is not only a supervisor but also a key point of contact for residents, delivery personnel, and service providers. He plays a social role as the eyes and ears of the building, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. At the start of his shift, the doorman discusses any special instructions with the caretaker. From the doorman's booth, he oversees the proper use of leisure facilities, closes them at midnight, and sends a report after his shift.
