About Ode Apartments
Ode Apartments is a modern building located at the Oosterdok in Amsterdam. The complex consists of high-end apartments, each offering stunning views of the water, ships, and the historic architecture of Amsterdam. The building not only features modern amenities, such as a smart home system for heating, ventilation, and lighting, but also sustainable and light living spaces. This blend of innovative technology and a unique location in the heart of Amsterdam makes Ode Apartments an exceptional place to live.

Tailored Service Package
Upon completion in 2022, Butler Point began providing services with a dedicated service manager for 17 hours per week during the first month. After that, the service hours were adjusted to 15 hours per week. The first year of service was provided by the developer, after which the contract was transferred to the homeowners' association (VVE). In consultation with the VVE, we then tailored our services to a combination of on-site manager and cleaning services for 13.5 hours per week, spread over Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Additionally, we handle the general window cleaning for the building and offer our Butler Point services.

Cleaning and Window Cleaning
At Ode Apartments, our on-site manager also takes care of the cleaning of the common areas—a unique service we developed specifically for Ode Apartments based on the VVE's needs. Thanks to our close collaboration with the VVE, we know exactly where extra attention is needed and which areas of the building require special care. The on-site manager is in direct contact with the residents to communicate important cleaning moments, such as the deep cleaning of the elevator shafts and stairwells, as well as the scheduling of the building's window cleaning.
