Palladio and Michelangelo are modern new-build complexes located in the green Prins-Alexander district of Rotterdam. Tailored Service Package
Our service manager is on-site at Palladio and Michelangelo every Monday and Thursday, acting as the eyes and ears for the property manager. During these two days, he is present for 2 hours, conducting inspection rounds in both buildings. Additionally, Butler Point provides extra support to the property manager as needed, such as distributing carbon filters to residents or purchasing and assembling shelving units for the maintenance staff's storage areas.

Service Manager
Our service manager at Palladio and Michelangelo plays a proactive, overseeing role, ensuring that maintenance staff, cleanliness, and safety in and around the buildings are up to standard. He maintains communication with residents and suppliers regarding ongoing matters and reports any issues to the property manager. This is done through a weekly logbook, where key points are noted, problems are addressed, and complaints are handled.
