Zeezicht is an exclusive building offering high-end apartments and penthouses, located in Scheveningen. 12-Hour Service Package
Since the building's completion in early 2021, Butler Point has been providing its services at Zeezicht. Prior to that, we assessed the number of apartments, the target audience, and the needs of both residents and the property owner to create a tailored service package. A dedicated on-site manager is present three times a week—on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays—for four hours to carry out and oversee various tasks. The on-site manager plays a crucial communication role between the residents and the property management team.

On-Site Manager
Since the building's completion, our dedicated on-site manager has been present weekly at Zeezicht, and only during his vacation do residents see a different face. The on-site manager is an important and approachable point of contact for both residents and property management. He plays a central role in maintaining the common areas and assisting residents with any complaints. In addition, he oversees the maintenance staff and personally carries out minor repairs and cleaning tasks, such as removing sand from the parking garage. Through these efforts, he actively contributes to the daily upkeep and proper functioning of the building.
