Butler Point offers service packages to meet all your needs. You just pick the number of hours per week you want to allocate for your residents. The more hours you choose, the better the hourly rate. We'll work together to decide with which services we fill those hours. And if you need something a bit different, we can customise a solution just for you. There's no request we can't accommodate, even if it's outside our standard packages.

12 hours

Three days a week, four hours a day means you'll have a caretaker, service manager, community manager, or host/hostess on-site with you.

Frequently asked questions

What can you provide for my building?

We take the burden off you as a property manager or homeowners' association (VvE) by providing someone with a specific service role at your location. Together, we'll determine which role will best enhance your living concept or meet the needs of the residents. This could be a caretaker, service manager, doorman, host/hostess, community manager, or a package of various services.

What is the minimum requirement for your service?

We provide a staff member for a minimum of 12 hours per week. If you have a specific request, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

What skills do your on-site staff possess?

All our on-site staff are trained at our Butler Point Academy. They receive instruction in skills tailored to their specific roles in your building and the needs of the residents. The Academy also places a strong emphasis on social and communication skills. It's not just about what they do, but how they do it—friendly, flexible, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.

How do I know which package is suitable for my building?

We work together to identify what the physical building, the living concept, and the residents need to achieve the desired level of comfort. Based on this, we determine which roles and how many hours per week are required.

What does Butler Point add to my building?

We aim for a A+ living experience! With highly satisfied residents, the building gains value. Additionally, the building benefits from having someone who takes responsibility for its condition and the surrounding area.

At Butler Point, we can advise you on the best approach for your building based on our experience. You know what you want to achieve, and we know how to make it happen. We can provide any role you need and even recruit and train someone specifically for you. You'll have one point of contact who will work with you to ensure both you and the residents are happy with our services. So, not only will the residents feel supported, but you'll feel it too.

Who is our point of contact at Butler Point?

You'll be assigned a project manager as your main point of contact at Butler Point. They will be available for all your questions and will also oversee our staff on-site, addressing any queries from residents.

Do you work with mixed-use buildings and in both purchase and rental properties?

Definitely. You'll find some examples on our Projects page. For properties that are for sale, our fees are included in the monthly homeowners' association (VvE) contribution. For rental properties, they form part of the monthly service charges.
