A Sublime experience from the move-In
The living experience kicks off when residents move into their new home. This busy period sets the tone for how they'll feel in their new building. We want this start to give them a great preview of the comfort that awaits, which is why we offer a variety of services.
Concierge services
During the hectic moving period, a concierge or front desk staff member can be available to support residents, users, and the management team. They can help by directing contractors and tradespeople, ensuring that floors, staircases, walls, and lifts are protected from damage, and reserving time slots for the lifts. Plus, they provide regular assistance with package deliveries, booking facilities, and handling questions and complaints.
Security services
A doorman or security officer can keep an eye on safety in and around the building, managing access control, monitoring CCTV systems, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
Cleaning services
After moving in, there's often a lot more cleaning to be done than usual. An additional clean by specialised cleaners gives your building—and the regular cleaning team—a fresh start. Butler Point can arrange this 'initial clean' for you, and afterwards, we can take care of the regular cleaning of communal areas and facilities. This includes window cleaning, floor maintenance, and other essential cleaning tasks.
