Butler Point is in full development. We always have room for people with initiative and a customer-oriented mindset. Where could that be? To give you an idea, we'd like to share more about the structure of our organization, which is divided into three levels.
Our organization consists of both internal and external employees. Internal staff includes project managers and account managers, who are the core of Butler Point. Together, they keep our organization running and maintain contact with our clients, external colleagues, and suppliers.

Our second layer is our network of suppliers, which includes businesses, independent contractors, and students. They provide convenience services, ranging from cleaning and massage to repairs and bike maintenance.
Butler point academy
Before you start working with us in a building-based role (within our core team), you'll undergo training at our Butler Point Academy. This applies to roles such as caretaker, doorman, service manager, host/hostess, or community manager. The first part of your training is led by an experienced project manager, who will teach you everything about hospitality and the 10+ experience we aim to deliver to our clients, all while ensuring you don't lose sight of yourself in the process. You'll also complete a first aid and emergency response course (BHV).
After that, you'll shadow a highly motivated team member on-site. They'll walk you through the ins and outs of the building, explain how various systems (such as fire alarms and CCTV) work, and show you how we collaborate with the police and fire services.
This way, you'll learn both in the office and on location, gaining insight into your role, how to handle different situations, and the value you bring to the building.
